Presently otorhinolarngological surgeons face a problem of lacking of the control in adenoidectomy. Especially adenoids and/ or excision of swelling that are located between the nasal airway and the back of the throat (nasopharynx). That is what otorhinolarngology call blind operation, leading to uncertain removal of the bad and good tissue. This research removes this uncertainty, eliminates major problem, and risks during the surgery. This research introduces a new tool to enable the surgeon to view surgery area be able to control the certainty of the operation
